Is the free site really free?

Yes — build and publish free for 30 days. We keep it 15 more days while you decide; if you never go Live, the site is removed on day 45. Go Live any time to keep it.

Will my bill surprise me?

Never. Set a monthly spending cap — we warn you at 80% and pause growth at your cap rather than bill past it.

Do you take a cut of my sales?

No — we take 0%. Your customers pay you directly, so on a $10,000 month where a typical store fee of ~2.9% would cost about $290, with xigzag that's $0. You keep all of it.

Are there ads on my site?

Never. Every site we build is ad-free, on every plan.

How are my backups handled?

Automatically. Your whole site is one safe, exportable unit, snapshotted for you — kept apart from everyone else's, so it's always quick to restore.
